RETURNS POLICY

Please check you order is accurate before you submit.

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days.

WE DO NOT OFFER A REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND.

This includes if you made an incorrect selection, or if you ordered the incorrect size or colour.

We try our best to represent accurate colours in our images but colours may vary from screen to screen and we are not responsible for these variances. If you are not satisfied with the colour once purchased and wish to make a return, this is classified as a change of mind therefore a credit voucher will be issued.

Return freight will be at the buyer’s expense and delivery charges will not be included in the credited amount.

We will accept in store returns where a store credit will be issued, but you must contact us via email prior to returning goods.

No cash or credit card refunds will be issued in store.

Returned products must be in original condition, not used, not washed or laundered, in original unbroken packaging and in saleable condition. If these requirements are not met, you may not be eligible for a credit.

CREDIT VOUCHERS can be used online or in either of our Shepparton or Bendigo stores. 

PLEASE NOTE: Any bedding items such as quilts, mattress toppers, mattress protectors, underlays, pillows, pillow protectors, blankets, comforters and coverlets are not eligible for a return due to hygiene/ health reasons.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

Please contact us at sales@finnysmanchester.com.au with your order number, photos and a description of the fault. We will contact you via email to provide further instructions and/or details of an approval or rejection of a refund. If we deem that there is a fault, we will refund your money including postage costs via the same payment method/card used for the original purchase 

UNFULFILLED ORDERS

Sometimes we are unable to supply an item listed on the website as it may be out of stock, or unavailable. In these circumstances we will contact you with details of expected delivery timeframes, and you will then have the option to place your unavailable item/s at time of ordering onto backorder and waiting for the product to be supplied or cancelling the order and receiving a refund.

BACK ORDERS

If your order or part of your order is backordered due to supply issues, we will ship the additional items on back order to you free of charge.

We will notify you via email when your item becomes available so you can then make your decision to proceed or cancel.

Back orders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. No cancellations after the product has been shipped.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If your order is not in progress, or has not been dispatched, we can offer a refund. However, if your payment has been processed and your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our returns policy then comes into effect.

Goods in store and online may vary in price. In store promotions and online promotions may vary. Not all items in store are available online and some online products may not be available in store.
